  1. Deliver your hard disk or device in our shop in São Domingos Rana, for CTT or by DHL

  2. Analyst / Budget
    The customer receives an e-mail or fax a budget and analysis of the failure of the device.

  3. If you agree -> we are starting to Recover Data
    If you do not agree -> sent the device back
    (Only charge the value of Ports borne by us)

  4. Data Recovery
    After confirmation of the price and conditions, began Recovery Data.

  5. Listings
    The client receives a list of recovered data for scrutiny. You should send us a confirmation of the result.

  6. Backup
    The customer chooses the backup device (HDD / DVD / CD) for data and the method for obtaining them (CTT or DHL), not this includes the price.

  7. Payment
    It must be made by bank transfer to our NIB : Bank Millennium BCP

  8. Transmission
    Upon receipt of payment, send the data to the client.
