Where is the laboratory?
At Estrada da Rebelva, n.º 1258, Loja A/B, 2775-371 Carcavelos, in the municipality of Cascais.
Can I drop off the device in person?
Yes, within opening hours. Fill in the online request first: that way the device is checked in straight away with your request number.
How do I ask for the free collection?
Fill in the online request. On your request page you confirm the address and the packaging and print the label, and Nacex collects the device. The free collection is in mainland Portugal, for hard drives, SSDs, RAID and NAS.
Do you collect from Madeira and the Azores?
The free collection is only in mainland Portugal. From the islands, send the device with the courier of your choice, well packed, or drop it off at the laboratory.
How do I follow my request?
On your request page, which you get access to after filling in the online request. There you see the diagnosis, the final quote, the file list and the payment.
