The DataRecovery.Lab partner programme is for computer shops, technicians and IT companies. Joining is free, with no contracts or minimum quotas. The partner gets a partner discount on the published prices, the first diagnosis of each device is free of charge and the partner pays in a single payment, against an invoice, at the end of the work.

We confirm your sign-up and create your partner record, with your discount.
Send your clients’ devices through the online request (option “Are you a partner?”), with free collection in mainland Portugal.
You receive the diagnosis and the quote with your discount already applied, and the invoice at the end.
Two ways of working
With a discount
The quote comes with your discount already applied. The partner invoices their client using their own price list: they can pass on all of the discount, part of it, or none.
With a commission
The quote comes without the discount, so that you can show it to your client. At the end, the partner invoices us for the commission corresponding to their discount.

How much does it cost to join the partner programme?
Nothing. Joining is free, with no contracts or minimum device quotas.
What discount does a partner get?
A partner discount on the published prices, shown on your partner record and applied to every quote.
Is the diagnosis free of charge for partners?
Yes, the first diagnosis of each device is free of charge for the partner. If the device needs an Advanced Diagnosis (for example, drives that have been opened or tampered with, or ransomware), that one is charged.
How does the partner pay?
In a single payment, at the end of the work, against the invoice we send to the partner. Partners cannot pay in instalments.
Who talks to the end client?
The partner. Managing the case and the contact with the end client are the partner’s responsibility; we work with the partner during the recovery and on the invoicing.
Is my clients’ data safe?
Yes. The laboratory is certified to ISO 27001:2022 for information security, audited every year, and the copy of the recovered data is deleted 7 days after delivery.
