Do you carry out data recovery in Santarém?

How much does data recovery cost?
It depends on the device and the type of fault: for hard drives and SSDs, from 100 EUR + VAT for logical faults. The exact amount is in the final quote, which you receive after the diagnosis. If you decline the quote or the Advanced Diagnosis, or if the device cannot be quoted, you pay for the Technical Diagnosis, 36.90 EUR VAT included per device, and the return shipping costs are extra.
How long does it take?
The diagnosis is done in 2 hours for hard drives and SSDs (12 hours for USB sticks and cards), in order of arrival. The recovery depends on the service chosen: 24 hours, urgent (1 to 3 working days), priority (4 to 7 working days), standard (8 to 12 working days) or non-urgent (15 to 30 days), which is cheaper.
What about USB sticks and memory cards?
USB sticks and cards do not have free collection: send them by the carrier of your choice or drop them off at the laboratory. The diagnosis is done in 12 hours and the recovery starts at 150 EUR + VAT.
