Do you disclose the names of your clients?
No. Data loss is a confidential matter, so we do not publish the names of those who trust us with their devices. The reviews on this page were published by the clients themselves.
How do you ensure the confidentiality of the data?
The laboratory is certified to ISO 27001:2022 for information security, audited every year. The devices and the data stay in the laboratory, and the copy of the recovered data is deleted 7 days after delivery.
Can my company become a partner?
If you are a computer shop, a technician or an IT company, you can join the partner programme, which is free and has no minimum quotas.
